All products are covered by a 12-month warranty

However, all care must be taken and assurance that the product was used as designer or manufactures intended.


Return Policy:

  • 30 Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your product for a full refund. 
  • If you have changed your mind, we will charge a 25% restocking fee on items returned within 30 Days of purchase - The item must be brand new & in resalable condition. After 30 days we will not accept returns.



We will accept return of products if we determine that the products qualify for a warranty return under our one-year Warranty above and you comply with the following warranty return procedures:

  • Obtain an RA# from Performance Brands customer support. Every warranty return must have an RA#.
    Write the RA# on the outside of the shipping box or container (not the product package).
  • Submit your proof of purchase of the product direct from the Performance Brands online store (an itemized,
    dated receipt) or from a retailer of Performance Brands branded products and include a completed RA form.
  • Use the original Performance Brands shipping box or container, and return all items and materials originally
    included with the Performance Brands product, including the original product packaging. Remove or cover
    all previous shipping labels on the outside of the shipping box or container.
  • Return only the Performance Brands products under warranty. We are not responsible for any other products, 
    accessories, or items that you return with the Performance Brands products under warranty.
  • Arrange shipment pickup, prepay shipping (and any duty) charges, and insure the shipment or
    accept the risk if the product is lost or further damaged in transit. We advise that you ship the
    product back to us via Startrack or TNT to ensure proper delivery. It is your responsibility to
    retain a sender's copy of the shipment invoice and the shipment tracking number in the event
    of a lost shipment, until Performance Brands has expressly acknowledged to you in writing that it has received
    the returned product. Performance Brands will bear the cost of shipping the product or the replacement product
    back to you after warranty service.
